IMPORTANT! St.Andrews weekend exhibition has been moved to a CHRISTMAS EXHIBITION on 9-10 December 2017. a. Total of FIVE exhibition entries. b. May be Framed or Unframed regardless of medium. c. Each entry must have name, title, price sticky label on back. Each entry will have a matching label for display during the exhibition.
Please see label sheet on e-mail sent to you. You may type your details directly onto this and e-mail back to me at firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can print it onto thin card. OR let me have a paper print out with your written details inscribed - leave in art club post box addressed to me. OR If you would prefer actual card labels, please let me know and I can supply. There will be spares by the hand-in box.
d. Deadline for entries is Wed. 6 December. Clubrooms are open daily until 12 noon Friday 1 December. Clubrooms will be open for exhibition entries on 4-6 December between 11-12 noon.
Pictures will be hung on the walls as space allows and there will also be browsers. The Club takes 15% commission on sales - a portion of this will be given to Riding for the Disabled and buyers will be informed of this.
Members are asked to bring work into the clubrooms during the exhibition. See rota on notice board for you to choose and fill in a time slot that suits you.
Members Summer Exhibitions Bids for Individual Members’ Exhibitions during Summer 2018 should be given to the Committee by 1st January 2018. E-mail - email@example.com or into club post box.
