After the deadline there will be a draw for those

classes & workshops that are oversubscribed (maximum of 12 people per class or workshop).  You will be informed after that, if you have a place in your requested class or workshop.  Payment of the fees will then be due.

Payment of class and workshop fees represent a contract with the art club upon which the tutor's fee and the class viability depend.  If you cannot take up your class place, please contact the syllabus secretary to enquire about anyone awaiting a spare place for your class and then make a mutual refund arrangement with that person.
